the hotel is close to the theme park entrance. it was a very short walk. thomas theme runs throughout the hotel. the room was spacious. the staff were friendly and helpful. sir topham hatt was in the restaurant on saturday morning. he did a meet and greet with every table.
the food and drink stalls were outrageously expensive. many families brought their own bags to avoid the high prices.

staff were great. evening person on reception was cute and helpful. reception booked us in quickly. millie was a lovely young lady. she was very warm and cute.

the thomas themed room was spacious and clean. the beds were comfortable. the bunk beds included televisions. there were thomas or viking themed dvds to borrow from reception. the bathroom was designed for disabled people.

the check-in was smooth, and the welcome gift provided an extra touch. our room was super clean and provided plenty of space to unwind after exploring the nearby attractions. the comfortable bed allowed for a restful night's sleep.
the soap dispensers in our bathroom were difficult to use, made handwashing a little inconvenient

It took them 40 minutes to sort it. stained bedding and old rubbish in the bin was also unpleasant. rooms seemed run down. what a disappointment.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were not good. They tasted like powdered eggs and seemed old. The parking fee of £9 felt unfair. (The hotel's location is isolated.) It seems unreasonable to pay that much for parking when there are no other options nearby.
